We live within the game of the language and of the state of affairs. We live together, and for this reason we get engaged in mutual activities, subject to the demands of consciousness, thus becoming socially appropriate but also predictable. The existence within a community compels us to respect certain rules, of more or less explicit character, asking for a price: the primacy of reason.
To actually speak about passion is quite unfamiliar, as it demands strength from the self which often escapes rational control. We look at it with fear, we contemplate relinquishing it. Yet, there is no creative act which would not be rooted in the passion-filled movement of the self… And actions which draw their force from passion are not only personal and personalised, but maintain their value as truths.
